1 – Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the website https://maauditing.me/ and your engagement of professional services from Mohammed Alsharhan Auditing. By browsing our website or retaining our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our website or engaging our firm.

2 – Definitions

  • “Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Mohammed Alsharhan Auditing.
  • “Client” or “you” refers to any individual or entity that uses our website or retains our professional services.
  • “Services” refers to audit, assurance, accounting, tax, and financial advisory services offered by the Firm.
  • “Engagement Letter” refers to the written agreement defining the scope, fees, and terms of a specific assignment.

3 – Our Professional Services

Mohammed Alsharhan Auditing offers audit and assurance, internal audit, accounting, corporate tax, VAT, and related business advisory services to clients across various industries. All engagements are governed by an Engagement Letter agreed between the Firm and the Client, which shall be read alongside these Terms. In any conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Letter, the Engagement Letter shall prevail.

We conduct our services in accordance with applicable International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), UAE regulatory requirements, and the professional standards of relevant authorities.

We retain the right to decline or withdraw from any engagement where professional obligations, regulatory conflicts, or non-payment make it necessary to do so.

4 – Client Obligations

Engagement with our Firm carries the following responsibilities on your part:

  • Provide all necessary documentation, records, and information accurately and promptly.
  • Disclose all facts material to the scope of our work.
  • Ensure that information, representations, and documents supplied to us are genuine and complete.
  • Maintain financial records in accordance with UAE statutory requirements.
  • Comply fully with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
  • Act on agreed timelines and approval processes to avoid delays in delivery.

We bear no liability for deficiencies in our work caused by incomplete, misleading, or delayed information from your side.

5 – Fees and Payment Terms

  • Professional fees will be set out in the applicable Engagement Letter, proposal, or invoice.
  • Unless stated otherwise, all fees are quoted exclusive of VAT and applicable government levies.
  • Payment is due within the period specified on the invoice issued by our Firm.
  • Delayed payment may result in suspension of work until outstanding amounts are settled.
  • Disbursements and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with your engagement will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw from an engagement where invoices remain unpaid without adequate justification.

6 – Confidentiality

We are bound by professional confidentiality obligations. All information you provide to us in the course of an engagement is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law, regulation, or professional standards.

This obligation extends to all personnel engaged by our Firm. Our handling of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

7 – Independence and Conflicts of Interest

As an auditing and assurance firm, we are required to maintain independence in accordance with applicable professional standards.

Prior to accepting or continuing an engagement, we conduct conflict of interest checks. If a conflict arises or we become aware of circumstances that could impair our independence, we will notify you and take appropriate steps, which may include withdrawal from the engagement.

8 – Intellectual Property

All content published on our website, including the firm name, logo, written materials, reports, and publications, is the intellectual property of Mohammed Alsharhan Auditing unless otherwise stated and is protected under applicable laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any website content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Audit reports, financial statements, and deliverables prepared for you remain subject to the ownership and use terms specified in the Engagement Letter.

9 – Limitation of Liability

Our services are performed with professional care and diligence. Subject to applicable law:

  • Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement.
  • We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of business, contracts, or reputation.
  • We are not responsible for losses attributable to inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Client.
  • Liability shall not attach where we have acted in good faith based on representations made by you.

10 – Third-Party Websites

Our website may include hyperlinks to external websites for informational convenience. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Accessing external links is at your own discretion and risk.

11 – Termination of Engagement

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the Engagement Letter, or by providing written notice where no specific mechanism is agreed.

On termination, you remain responsible for all fees and costs accrued up to the date of termination. Clauses relating to confidentiality, fees, intellectual property, and liability continue to apply following termination.

12 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be referred in the first instance to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Failing resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

13 – Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at our discretion to reflect changes in law, professional standards, or the nature of our services.

Revised Terms will be published on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services or website following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
